We are thrilled to announce the Yuvamahotsav edition of the Darshana Intimate Dance Series 2026—a celebration of emerging talent in Indian classical dance! This festival brings together passionate young dancers, each presenting their artistry with depth, grace, and devotion.

Yuva Mahotsav: Aathmika Viju-Pany

Aathmika started dancing at four, training in Ballet and Bharatanatyam under her mother, Smt. Sreedevy. She performed as a child at the Esplanade Theatres and various community events, including Vasantham TV.
After completing her arangetram, Aathma Nivedhanam, in 2024, she showcased a solo at the SIFAS Festival of Arts. Aathmika will perform in Omkar Arts’ Aathi Antham Illai in 2026 and aims to continue dancing while pursuing a STEM career.
Yuva Mahotsav: Maya Sharma

Maya Sharma is a Bharatanatyam dancer and disciple of Mohanapriyan Thavarajah at Apsaras Dance Academy. Having completed her Bharatanatyam Diploma and Arangetram in 2024, she was conferred the title “Natya Sudar” in recognition of her excellence in dance.
Maya has performed at several local and international platforms, including a solo recital at the prestigious Narada Gana Sabha Dance Festival in Chennai, and will be featured in the upcoming productions Agape and Agathi, touring, Scotland, England, and France. Maya is a medical student at King’s College London.
Yuva Mahotsav: Isabel Joshy

Isabel Joshy is a Bharatanatyam dancer trained under Guru P. N. Vikas at the Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society (SIFAS). Having completed her diploma and Arangetram under his guidance, she has earned several prestigious awards and regularly performs in Singapore and Chennai.
Most recently, she was featured in the SIFAS production HariHara in Bengaluru. Isabel continues to explore the depth and nuances of Bharatanatyam while pursuing excellence in her artistic journey.
